1) Can your programs be customized for my business?

Yes. uLeap language programs can be individually customized for every client. We understand that no two businesses are alike. During our pre-planning meeting, we will work with you to determine your specific needs, goals, budget, and timeframe.

2) What does a custom program entail?

uLeap develops a comprehensive language program that can include any or all of the following components: grammar, conversation skills, reading comprehension, writing skills and accent reduction. We further tailor a program through the incorporation of relevant industry-specific vocabulary, dialogs and role play. uLeap's relationship with its clients begins with initial consultations to define course objectives, and then conducts student assessments to evaluate existing language skills.

3) Do you offer group training programs?

Yes. We can accommodate groups of all sizes. To ensure a quality learning environment, each class size will not exceed 8 people.

4) Do you offer private sessions for individuals?

Yes. uLeap Learning offers private, one-on-one instruction for both English and Spanish. This option is quite beneficial for executives who work in international markets or collaborate with overseas offices.

5) Who will teach my language program?

All our programs are taught by professional language trainers, with the target language as their mother tongue. Additionally, all clients have the opportunity to meet with the prospective teacher to ensure compatibility.

6) How do we start the process?

Give us a call or send us an email. Any details you can include are helpful, but not necessary to begin. We pride ourselves on taking the time to understand our clients, and welcome the opportunity to arrange a more personal on-site visit in order to discuss your language needs, at no cost to you.
